Events: Sustainability Dialog: GoSGV - A New Regional E-Bike Sharing Program Coming to Claremont

September 21, 2020
7:00PM - 8:00PM

Description

GoSGV is a regional bike share program that offers an accessible and affordable transportation option to the San Gabriel Valley through shared-use electric assist bicycles. This program was created by the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) and is operated by Gotcha, a national private shared-mobility firm.

In July, GoSGV launched in South El Monte with an initial outlay of 30 bikes and 5 bike share hubs. GoSGV will expand over the next year to 840 bikes stationed at bike share hubs throughout the region. The SGVCOG is excited to work with cities throughout the San Gabriel Valley to continue to roll out the program.

Join Samantha Matthews of the SGVCOG and Gotcha staff for a presentation on the GoSGV program that is coming to Claremont!
