Events: Claremont Garden Club: Foraging in my Native Garden!

March 11, 2020
6:30PM - 8:30PM

Description

Two of Kyra Saguesa’s great loves are California native plants and yummy things to eat and drink. Learn how to get double-duty out of common but wonderful native plants that thrive in the garden. For example, sages smell nice and are amazing as a spice. Kick up your cooking with the terroir of California! (And you ’ll get a chance to sample some of Kyra’s favorite recipes!)

Claremont Garden Club meetings are free and open to all. They are held on the second Wednesdays of most months at the Napier Center in Pilgrim Place, 660 Avery Rd, Claremont, 91711. Meetings start at 6:30 pm for refreshments and socializing, and the talks begin at 7pm.
