Mushrooms can be found in our gardens on virtually any day of the year. Some are edible, some are toxic, many are beautiful and all are fascinating. Steven Pencall will show us which mushrooms we might see during each season and where they are most likely to be found.
Claremont Garden Club meetings are free and open to all. They are held on the second Wednesdays of most months at the Napier Center in Pilgrim Place, 660 Avery Rd, Claremont, 91711. Meetings start at 6:30 pm for refreshments and socializing, and the talks begin at 7pm.
