Description

The City’s tree maintenance contractor (West Coast Arborist) will be providing free mulch to residents. Event timing is still to be determined. Mulch will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at Cahuilla Park, located at Scripps Drive and Indian Hill Boulevard. Proper social distancing will be required. Further social distancing guidelines will be released in the coming weeks from the City. City staff will not be allowed to assist with loading mulch. Residents will need to bring all equipment necessary and enough help to load and transport the mulch.
