Come learn about how Tri City’s Therapeutic Community Garden utilizes a lens of therapeutic horticulture to enhance mental health and overall wellbeing. Information will be shared regarding brain structure, theory and research supporting therapeutic horticulture as a valid and reliable modality for wellness. 

Sara Rodriguez is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been in the Mental and Behavioral Health Field for 18 years. She works at Tri City Mental Health as a Clinical Therapist for the Therapeutic Community Garden Program and serves on the Board of Directors for the American Horticultural Therapy Association (AHTA).
